By accessing and purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

BC Sports Distribution  (Pty) Ltd trading as Alpasfit provides:

  • Digital training programmes and training manuals
  • Optional 1:1 coaching services arranged via email after completion of a Google Form

All services are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for:

  • Individuals 18 years and older, or
  • Minors under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Orders & Delivery

Upon successful payment:

  • Access to your digital training programme will be provided within 24 hours of you activating your TrainingPeaks account with us and accepting the coaching invitation.
  • Delivery is digital only. No physical products are shipped.

4. 1:1 Coaching Services

Our 1:1 Personalised Coaching Programme includes:

  • A personalised training programme delivered via TrainingPeaks
  • Custom heart rate and training zones
  • Ongoing training feedback from an assigned coach
  • The option to choose your dedicated coach (subject to availability)
  • One 30-minute one-on-one call per month
  • Detailed workouts synced to compatible devices (Garmin, Suunto, Apple)
  • Access to pre-race educational webinars
  • Access to exclusive discounts with selected AlpasFit partners

1:1 coaching is offered on a minimum six (6) month commitment.
Once coaching has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
International rates may apply to athletes residing outside of South Africa.

Coaching support and communication are provided via TrainingPeaks and email.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds are offered on digital products or coaching services once access has been granted or coaching has commenced.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All training programmes, manuals, and materials remain the intellectual property of C.L Grelying Holdings (Pty) Ltd.

You may not:

  • Share, copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce any content
  • Provide your programme access to third parties

7. Health Disclaimer

Our coaching and training programmes:

  • Are not medical advice
  • Do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional
  • Are followed at your own risk

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate in physical training.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee:

  • Performance improvements
  • Race results
  • Weight loss
  • Injury prevention

Progress depends on consistency, lifestyle, genetics, and adherence.

9. Limitation of Liability

BC Sports Distribution (Pty) Ltd trading as Alpasfit  and its coaches are not liable for:

  • Injuries
  • Health complications
  • Losses arising from participation in training programmes or coaching

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
