Melt +/-250g dates in a pot with a tablespoon or two of coconut oil & a dash of water.

Mash together with a fork.

Add: oats/nuts(Almond Girl/dried fruit/protein powder(Biogen)/nut butter(Buttanutt)  

Optional: Cinnamon/Ginger/Cocoa

Dash of sea salt. 

Roll into balls and cover with coconut or cocoa.

Store in the fridge, ready to be wrapped and popped into your pack 🏃🏼‍♀🏃🏼‍♂️
